Active Life thro Recovery – A programme to exercise the Mind & Body for patients on or recovering from cancer treatment. Sessions are held every Thursday at St Lukes Community Centre, Southend. 11.15 -12.15

Time for Everyone– Meet up on a Tuesday at 12 noon for a cuppa & chat at The Balmoral Centre, Westcliff. Meet the Neighbours, plan information talks and socialise!
