Active Women – So much to chose from with Clubbercise, Zumba, Circuits, Aerobics, Yoga, Boxercise, Pilates, HBT, Aerobics, Gentle keep Fit, Boot Camp. Active Life thro Recovery – A programme to exercise the Mind & Body for patients on or recovering from cancer treatment. Sessions are held every Thursday at St Lukes Community Centre, Southend. 11.15 -12.15
Active Mums – sessions for Mums & babies. The safe & effective workout to get you back into shape. New sessions starting January 2019 at Friars Childrens Centres, Prince Avenue Childresn centre & Blenheim Childrens Centre. Check out session times under Active Families tab.
Time for Everyone– Meet up on a Tuesday at 12 noon for a cuppa & chat at The Balmoral Centre, Westcliff. Meet the Neighbours, plan information talks and socialise!
