Our chair based sessions are a great way to build strength, improve balance and keep active.
The sessions will help build your confidence to live an independent life.

Tuesdays 10am Wesley Methodist Church, Leigh on Sea.
Tuesdays 11am Wesley Methodist Church Hall, Leigh on Sea.
Wednesdays 11am Southchurch Plasa, Southend.

Seated Dance Fit- Get your wiggle on in this Dance based seated sessions!
Tuesdays 1.30pm Holy Trinity Hall, Southchurch.
£5 per session.
Fancy a stretch? Try our Seated Yoga courses: Just £15 for 6 week course.
Mondays 11am Smallgains Hall, Canvey.
Thursdays 1.45pm Southchurch Plaza.
